Check the dose

I’m a big fan of psyllium husk, it keeps my digestive system completely in check and for anyone suffering constipation or diverticulosis (me, both) they just work. Always have a huge drink with each dose, and it doesn’t matter if it’s a large mug of tea rather than a glass of water, but don’t miss that bit.I like these, but just check the dose you want or need or want (I take 4 capsules a day, but have been known to up it to 6 when I feel awful). So although each of these contain 750mg, a pack of 90 capsules won’t last me long unfortunately. So 4 stars from me - good value if you only need one or two a day, not so much if you’re like me.
