Not right for you? Email us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.
- Damaged or faulty on arrival: we refund in full, including your original delivery charge, and we cover the cost of returning it.
- Simply changed your mind: we refund the product price in full; return postage is paid by you. There are never any restocking fees.
To arrange a return, contact us with your order number and the email address used on the order, and we will send you a Returns Authorisation (RPA) code — please do not post anything back without one.
