Natural Vitamin C 120 Capsules

I have bought it before. It is easy to take, gentle on the tummy and does what it says on the letterbox friendly packaging.

Arrived as stated. The product itself, well who knows if these things work as they are supposed to but they seem to.

I believe these are good, but I gave been taking them with other supplements. All round good health atm.

Don't do synthetic version, won't absorb...

Though you will find varying degrees of support for Liposomal Vit C, I have to say I am a fan of it myself.You will find that most Lipo vit C supplements are in the 1000mg range. So, whilst I don't agree with that being the case, you do need to factor in that in cost comparisons.Lipo Vit C is essentially supposed to be easier absorbed, more effectively absorbed, and gentler on the digestion from all I understand of it - but it quite often comes in gels, etc (please do your research - I believe there are varying levels of belief as to these claims). Is THIS kind as effective? I don't know.£20 for 4 months supply (compared though at 1000mg - it would be a month), it does represent good value for lipo Vit C.I have been taking them and I've had no negative reactions from it. And I do prefer this gentler dose. They haven't overdone the other vitamins in them either. But DO remember that many supplements contain additional vitamins etc, just as these do, and can be easy to suddenly be overdoing it by quite a margin - and vitamins can have some pretty serious interactions at high doses!I am quite delighted with this supplement as a maintenance dose - but I would probably stick to my 1000mg goo (the only way to describe it) Lipo Vit C in the sachets for when I need a bigger dose.Five stars from me.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐👍
