I have taken them for sometime, if I do not the pain in my hand is excruciating. It almost certainly is helping with the osteoarthritis I have elsewhere in my body too. Fresh root ginger, grated too if you can take it, is effective.
I love the flavour and enjoy them, what a bonus!
