    Use very effectively for strengthening soft finger nails

    It really works.All my life had nails like paper. Only after a few months of taking daily silica the nails began to become stronger and thicker.It is also claimed to help hair strength but have not noticed a difference. But I can truly attest to finger nails now being much stronger.I stopped silica one time and in weeks they began to weaken again.So I take one a day now and will continue happily.

    I bought these for my elderly aunt, as she is experiencing osteoporosis. These capsules seem to be helping her a lot. I read silica helps increase bone density, and after trying other more expensive products I settled on this one as it seems very good.
