Swiss BioEnergetics Precision D-Mannose 500mg 90 Capsules

Having taken antibiotics for 6 days ( 2 consecutive 3 day courses) for a bladder infection I was still in discomfort with abdominal pain and frequency and was considering asking my GP to prescribe a different antibiotic. Then I read about D Mannose and decided to give it a go. There are different brands available and I spent some time reading reviews and doing a bit of research before deciding on this product. I ordered next day delivery and was keen to get started. I have to admit that I increased the dose advised on the packaging and followed the guidance for a similar product for treating an active urinary tract infection. I took an immediate starting dose of 3 capsules and followed this with 2 caps(10000mg) every 3 hours for the first 2 days (not through the night). On day three I reduced this to 2 caps 4 x day for 2 days and then a reducing dose daily thereafter. Honestly and truthfully, after the first dose of 3 capsules I had relief of my symptoms within two hours. I could tell when they were wearing off after a couple of hours for the first couple of days but by day three I was symptom free between doses. These capsules have been great, I intend to take the recommended daily dose for another week to make sure that everything is settled and remains clear and then keep the rest as an emergency supply should I need them again. Much better than antibiotics on so many levels.

When 2 short courses of antibiotics refused to kick my stubborn UTI's ass, I was really frustrated.Why do GPs only give 3 days of antibiotics now for UTIs? Stupid. No pain. No burning. Feels normal :) No need to pee a lot. Clear as a whistle!UTI gone without a trace and didn't come back.Won't ever be without these pills again. UTIs are no joke, they can get serious really quickly, and this... works like magic. Better than antibiotics. 100% recommended.

This product was recommended by my Gynaecologist and I have now been taking 1 gm twice daily for 2 weeks. Birch & Wilde have been extremely efficient with their service and the product seems to be having a calming effect on my bladder. I will write another review in due course when hopefully my UTI’s will be a thing of the past. The capsules are easy to swallow even though they are quite large

On 2nd purchase. Was having recurrent UTIs leaving me so ill and on a waiting list for Urology. These are amazing! I take 1 day and have been UTI free with the exception of just 1 when I missed a couple of days taking these. I wouldn’t be without them at all . Never seen such a result with a supplement!

Brilliant product. My bladder discomfort and urethral pain has completely gone. I haven't had an uti since I have been taking (2 months). I increase the dose after potential triggers like alcohol - works like a dream. Definitely worth trying if you're in discomfort or plagued by utis.Update - now 4 months later and still free of utis and symptoms. Highly recommended. A supplement that works! My urologist explained that it helps to strengthen the lining of the bladder and recommended that I keep taking it.
