I bought this product as I had bought another item from this company. I have found that it helps boost the immune system. I agree with one of the other reviewers that instructions about how and when to take and with or without food, but otherwise no complaints. I have had friendly e-mails from the company asking about the products, and whether they work or not, but not to the point where I felt they were trying to sell me other products. Overall I would be happy to recommend.
