Like most vitamins and minerals you dont notice amazing effects from taking them - and the antioxidant NAC is no different. This is a very good value product, especially the compared to the high street brands and Solgar. Its also made in the UK.

Really good quality NAC

I’ve been taking these when I have had a cold and it does really help. I got a chest infection recently and normally a cough will take two weeks to go for me that’s with AntiBitoics. With these and the AntiBiotics it was gone in five days. Also my Asthma is a lot more manageable I’m asking to be down graded on one of my pumps as I don’t need it as much.
