This is a great price and the one I rebuy. Very happy with quality and it is working for me. I definitely can tell when I stop using for a few days.

Do what they say and then some

These are so good that at my last blood test my iron was actually just veering into the too high category. Nothing serious though, in fact the doctor said it was good especially for trying to conceive. My only tip is to make sure your diet is fiber rich whilst taking these. I now only take them every other day or so.
