It took a while, but my sleep quality has improved.

The reason I bought this magnesium type was for sleep and brain function.In my seventies, my brain is not as sharp as it used to be . These things are difficult to quantify, but I do feel my memory is better than it was. I will be buying again and would recommend , although they are pricey.

not for me this one

this company is my preferred choice for magnesium supplements due to the minimum amount of unnecessary additional rubbish added that you don't want. so i purchased this without reading the label and didn't realise they were gel caps suspended in sunflower oil which is not for me so i won't be buying again though i will be sticking with this companies other magnesium supplements just not this one

Genuine Product beware Fakes Should always have the Magtein logo

This Magnesium Reputedly crosses the blood brain barrier more readily than other Magnesium products, I suffer bad headaches occasionally, I take these and they work better than strong 30-500mg cocodamol prescribed by my GP, Magnesium is the relaxing Mineral, so imo is the more natural approach to headaches and muscle cramps, BEWARE FAKES, I believe Magnesium Threonate is still under Patent, and is licensed under Magtein that's why it isn't cheap, this is my 3rd purchase
