Directions
  • Adults take 3 capsules per day
  • with water and preferably at the start of a meal. Ideally split across the day in one capsule doses but can be taken as a single dose. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

I don't normally write reviews. I have tried numerous supplements over the years for various reasons and hoping that something will do something for my tiredness and general health ie brittle nails fatigue etc. Wow!! Nails solid and i really do mean solid nails now! Muscle cramps less! Energy a massive uplift. It might just be me but this is definitely my go to for magnesium supplements! Well worth a go 😊

These supplements contain 6 forms of magnesium with good bioavailablity. They total 220mg of magnesium per serving, which is 50 percent of the RDA and more than sufficient for most people. With forty days supply for under ten pounds, this represents much better value than is usually the case and they have provided this without cramming any of the cheap magnesium oxide that a lot of other supplements do.

I bought this to help with my sleep. I previously had magnesium 7 but it was not . This one does the job as effectively. Good value for money and easy to swallow
