I bought these magnesium chews a few months ago , in particular for my little boy who struggles to wind down at night time.They seem to have made a great difference in helping him relax before bed.My only “complaint” is that they taste a little chalky. But they are super easy for kids to take as they are chewable. Will definitely buy again when these run out.
