As described. The capsules are easy to swallow. Just started on this so we will see how it goes.

My Mum in law is quite elderly and suffers form night cramps and we have tried several magnesium supplements to help with getting her a good nights rest. These are ok to swallow and are as effective as eating a couple of bananas before bed in terms of how effective they are.You need to take them a few hours before bed to get any relief and it is of course subjective - we haven't tried blind tests with a placebo to see if it is working or mind over matter!
