These have been a godsend ! I have adhd and I came off prescription meds because the side effects were horrendous, these have given me the focus and productivity I needed! My energy levels are amazing, helps wirh calmnessToo no racing thoughts , paired with all other natural products these have helped me sooooo much I highly recommend.
