Joint Max Defence - 900mg,180 Tablets of Glucosamine Sulphate & Chondroitin Sulphate

I researched the ingredient Chondroitin. I discovered that it is thought that it may help with pain relief and even regeneration in cartilage such as in knees (which Is why I wanted it) with arthritic degeneration. It was said that it was more potent in combination with glucosamine.The literature cautioned to source the supplement from a reliable source as there could be a risk of contamination, especially from the bovine derivative. It also recommended fairly high dosages 400+.I chose this product because it offered a high dosage, was from a UK company (so a reliable source) and I understand the product is sourced from fish rather than cattle. It is also combined with glucosamine.I was disappointed when I received the product. The tablets are huge and chalky and difficult to swallow. However I have persevered and I mash them up with a pestle and mortar and mix with peanut butter – to disguise the taste and the texture.Although I have only been taking the tablets for a couple of weeks now I do think they are beginning to show a degree of benefit in terms of pain relief.

I've been taking this for 2ks can already see improvements in my handsand knees they don't feel as sore as they used to - I take one with breakfastand one or two more with dinner I would definetly recommend this suppliment

Speedy delivery,as for quality,it helps a bit with the pain in my joints but still early days to give a better verdict.

I can't tell yet if this supplement will help my joints or not, but assuming that it will as recommended by my GP, these pills are large and difficult to swallow. I don't normally have this trouble but they are dry and tend to stick in the throat. I'm going to try breakong them up and maybe mixing with a little butter.

If you have any joints problems this kind of supplement will support it for sure, the key is to find a good one.Glucosamine and chondroitin are both know to be helpful with any joints issues.This brand is a well known and the addition of vit C will certainly help with absorption which is really good. I know that many of other brands also add turmeric with black pepper as they have anty inflammatory benefits but I already take turmeric separately so for me this isn’t an issue but perhaps you could look into this :)I don’t like the packaging, I get it that it’s easy to put through a letter box but this doesn’t sell to me. I think that the box and the label can be improved, it doesn’t look premium.I believe the ingredients are not natural, just the vit C, which I would prefer so not so keen on this.The glucosamine sulphate supposed to be absorbed better than glucosamine hydrochloride so that’s positive.The potency of glucosamine is lower that we should be having daily as two tables provide 1000mg and the recommended dose is 1500mg unless I read the label wrong?The size of the tablet is big, it’s over 2cm. It’s an oval shape for a better intake but still it’s not coated and it’s super choky and not easy to swallow. I don’t think I’ll be ordering again for this reason.I think this kind of supplement is needed when you are struggling with your health (joints, skeleton) and I swear it works as I’ve been through a lot different ones and it saved my mobility but this wouldn’t be my number 1 .The price is not bad as the box it’s a supply for 3 months.
