Only been using for 2 weeks and wasn't sure if I would see much difference in such a short time but I can honestly say my skin looks so clear and fresh didn't have to put any makeup on to hide blemishes like I usually do in fact it's glowing also my nails have started to grow again and feel stronger so hopefully won't break like they usually do. I'm hoping that I start to see a difference in hair growth and strength too in the nxt few weels I've had dry hair and breakage in recent yrs and it's one of the main reasons I bought this product so fingers crossed. ..

Previously used this product and found it provided good results. After a break I have returned to the product, additionally introducing it to my partner. The description says 60 capsules, but you have to take 2 a day, so only 1 months supply. Sadly too pricey for that time period, so can't say if they worked or not for this brand.
