This is a very good quality green tea supplement. It is rather potent, packing an impressively high amount of green tea into one dose. It is a very easy to take 1 capsule dose. When I took this, I didn’t have any adverse side effects at all. No jitteriness, no stomach upset, even when taken on an empty stomach.I only took it in the morning, with my breakfast or morning protein shake. I am the type that cannot drink coffee after noon or I won’t sleep. So, I didn’t want to take this later in the day. For that reason, I cannot vouch for whether or not it disturbs sleep if taken in the afternoon.When I took it in the morning, it did seem to wake me up very nicely. I noticed a dramatic improvement in my energy level. I seemed more awake and alert, but not edgy or jittery at all. It even seemed to help wake me up after a night where sleep was broken and sparse. So, I can honestly say I am impressed.
