This is not as good as my usual brand which was out of stock at the time this is only one month supply so can work out more expensive than to 3month brands out thereDon’t be taken in by the lower price check how many month’s supply you are getting if you see an item saying £18.97 for 120 compared to £8.97 for 30 the later one sounds better value but check the amount you are buying and how many you need to take each day you may find that in the long run the high priced ones are better valueHad issues with my stomach while taking these even though the ones I usually take are only 10 billion and these say they a 30 billion they should have been even better than my others the only thing I can think is there must be something in them that I can not tolerate

These capsules turned hard and stuck in my esophagus. The powder inside went very hard, not good, poor quality.would not buy again.

I have been in the supplement business for a number of years. I am always on the lookout for new interesting products. Digestive issues, gut problems and GI tract irritation are becoming more and more common. Such issues are linked to our poor diets of processed foods, food depleted of goodness from soil that is lacking in minerals, and the lack of certain traditional spicy food that our grandparents ate, which helped their digestion. More and more research is linking poor immunity to problematic digestion. Keeping the digestion in good order can also help prevent painful problems such as diverticulitis, which becomes more prevalent as you age.This product is based upon sound alternative supplemental principles. The big problem with probiotics is knowing which strains are missing from your digestive tract. Given the very broad range of strains in this product (5) and it contains 20 billion CFU's, it has to be one of the strongest tablets in terms of CFU's but one of the weakest in terms of strains. I normally take a 50 Billion CFU with 15 strain Probiotic. If you are missing one of the strains that are not in this tablet, it will do very little good to repopulate the gut. There is also no PreBiotic, Inulin, which helps make the CFUs thrive in the gut.This is a cheap product that will not be that effective compared to many other more expensive products.. It lacks a Pre Biotic and it only has 4 strains of ProBiotic. Not recommended.
