This is not as good as my usual brand which was out of stock at the time this is only one month supply so can work out more expensive than to 3month brands out thereDon’t be taken in by the lower price check how many month’s supply you are getting if you see an item saying £18.97 for 120 compared to £8.97 for 30 the later one sounds better value but check the amount you are buying and how many you need to take each day you may find that in the long run the high priced ones are better valueHad issues with my stomach while taking these even though the ones I usually take are only 10 billion and these say they a 30 billion they should have been even better than my others the only thing I can think is there must be something in them that I can not tolerate

Capsules went hard inside, not good

These capsules turned hard and stuck in my esophagus. The powder inside went very hard, not good, poor quality.would not buy again.
