    • If taken alone start off by taking a higher dosage of 3 to 4 capsules split up throughout the day for 2 to 4 weeks. Thereafter reduce dosage to 1 capsule taken 1 to 3 times per day with meals.

    Great for reducing sugar / gluten cravings

    I took Candefence for 3 months, and although it didn't get rid of my candida fully, it has reduced symptoms a little bit. That was in addition to serious dietary changes and additional exercise in my daily life. What it definitely does for me is significantly reduce cravings for sugar, junk food and gluten.I took a break from it for 2 months and now I am going to take it again to manage my unhealthy food cravings without expecting much in terms of candida. I still think it is a good product and I would recommend it for food cravings and high level management of candida (we all know fully getting rid of candida in the body requires much more than taking supplements :) )

    This works with a candida cleanse diet.

    Well, I bought these without great expectations of it working fast. I had terrible itching skin and I knew from past Candida overgrowth that this would take time to improve. I did a candida cleanse, cutting out sugar, wheat etc. and started on these capsules. One with every meal. It is honestly hands down one of the best candida supplements I have ever used. I highly recommend them.

    I am soo grateful to this product!I was experiencing INTENSE itching on my torso, it was taking over my life! burning endless itching.The doctors gave been steroid creams, which I didn't really want to use longterm.After some research, I discovered that it could be caused by internal fungal overgrowth (after taking some spore based probiotics). These tablets worked wonders, within a week the itch reduced after 3 weeks it was almost not there.I am beyond happy with the results! initially it gave me little bit of tummy ache (no thing major).What a wonderful nature product!
