I've been taking these for about a year now. I have ulcerative colitis and ibs. I've been in a flare of my disease for about 3 years and am taking other prescription meds (which mostly don't work). Recently started taking 2 a day instead of just one and have upped my turmeric and other anti inflammatory foods in general. I'm better than I was. Don't want to risk stopping taking these.... Just in case!
