I've repurchased these as they're easy to take, don't taste overly sweet and seem to work over time
Taking biotin as I had trouble with nails lifting from nail bed, taken about 3 months and they are nearly back to normal, will carry on afterwards they are ok, these are affordable and they taste nice, just like eating a sweet
