So far, I’m very happy with my purchase. I bought this biotin to help my nails grow stronger and faster, especially since I recently injured my toe and the nail was badly damaged. I got this supplement to support and speed up the healing process. I find it has a nice texture and a very pleasant fruity taste. As for its effectiveness, I’ve only just started taking it, so I’ll update my review once I’ve finished the bottle

Taking biotin as I had trouble with nails lifting from nail bed, taken about 3 months and they are nearly back to normal, will carry on afterwards they are ok, these are affordable and they taste nice, just like eating a sweet

Have Been taking these now for almost 3 months and have noticed an amazing difference. I could never grow my nails, but now they look like I have been to the nail salon. My hair is getting thicker and have noticed some new growth. Will be continuing with these, highly recommend
