Betaine HCl 500mg per Capsule - 120 Vegan Capsules

The first thing I had to ask myself about this supplement is what is betaine hydrochloride and would I want it in a high strength dosage? The answer to the first part of the question is that betaine hcl is a synthetic form of betaine which plays various vital roles in maintaining overall bodily health, including helping with digestion, and the second part is that I may need a higher strength where gas and bloating are a problem, but otherwise as a general digestive assurance and to aid possible better nutrient absorption, lesser amounts may suffice. As such, instead of taking the recommended three-capsules-per-day I would likely only take one instead to supplement naturally-occurring betaine found in certain foods. Saying that, how many of us regularly eat the healthful foods that contain betaine, especially with a hectic modern lifestyle where it’s easy to skip quality meals? Also, as betaine hcl seemingly helps with high sugar intake it may be of benefit to quite a lot of people.If planning to try betaine hcl then this is probably a reasonable choice, as the manufacturer is one I’ve had supplements from before and seems to be quite good, the supplement is manufactured to GMP standards, is non-GMO, and for the price and amount seems to be a decent buy.

Really really helps with digestion

Fantastic, mt farther has a slow digestion problem....well not anymore he doesn't thanks to these supplements, he takes one before a meal and one after and it really helps him digest much faster.

Does what it says on the tin!

I have, for 43 years been informed by my health care providers and hospitals that I have excess stomach acid which in turn I have to take ppi (proton pump inhibitors). Omeprazole is the latest type of ppi I have been on for at least 5 of these 43 years. I've had numerous endoscopies so I should not be taking this type of supplement as it is for low stomach acid. I follow a doctor online called Dr Eric Berg and he was discussing the use of ppi and what to use as an alternative as ppi's have loads of side effects. In this discussion it was as if he was speaking directly to me, he described my symptoms 100%. If I stop taking Omeprazole I end up in the fetal position with excruciating pains in my stomach. I took a chance that I have been misdiagnosed for 43 years because if I was wrong it would make the pain worse for me, but because of Dr Bergs online video I was willing to take the chance. For 43 years I have suffered pains, bloating and discomfort along with other symptoms. I have had this HCl supplement now for over two weeks. After taking only one of these HCl supplements I started to notice less bloating, less pain and less discomfort (I stopped taking Omeprazole before I took my first HCl) For me this product Betaine HCl from Swiss BioEnergetics has changed my life. No more pain, bloating, discomfort, backpain or shoulder pain, there were other symptoms as the pain used to travel round the underside of my rib cage, go round to my back and up my shoulders. This product for me is 💯 % effective, the capsules are easy to swallow I have ZERO problems with my digestive tract now and no pain whatsoever emanating from my stomach. I take 1 capsule when I wake and 1 capsule before my main meal and I now can enjoy my food like never before in 43 years without worrying that the pain was going to start. I call these capsules EXTREME value for money. I could go into a lot more detail, if you are reading this and you are on Omeprazole or a ppi like this (I am not a doctor) and what I have described about the nature of the pain I had give them a try and if it does not work for you personally you can quite easily take an Omeprazole to take the pain away again as Omeprazole alkalises your stomach acid by as much as 90% which is also a bad thing as it can let bad microbes form in your stomach that are not good for you and can cause even more problems in the long term.Alex.
