Wowee !! Read up on this and thought I would give it a go.. but didn't want to spend a fortune. I use other vitamins of this brand and they are good. For various reasons .. menopause... ridiculous workload I've been feeling wiped out forever and a day now .. 2 days of taking this and I feel like a new woman! Long may it last 🤞🤞🤞!

The Best Value NAD Generator

What a great product! It seems that the manufacturer knows their stuff - genius. Taking nicotinamide robs the body of methyl donors unless you take TMG with it, and this product has the TMG that is so essential. It also has trans-resveratrol - an antioxidant that works synergistically with nicotinamide. The combination in this product is great for the generation of NAD, a very important energy source in the body. Now I don't need to take three different capsules, just the one. Furthermore, I had to look at the price twice. I can't believe what great value this product is. I used to pay more for just the B3 on its own.

Combination of 3 compounds effect to the body.

Just started using it today. The effect will take at least a week or so. Smaller capsule ease to swallow. For skin health it will be bonus I'm after the TMG.
