After abit of research, I decided to give it a try myself.I was under a lot of stress due to some personal reasons after a few weeks, I felt as if I didn’t care nore more about it - or I didn’t allow myself to feel any emotion towards it which helped me get by it.Fitness wise I was training hard anyways but it gave me a boost. I have always been natural and never exceeded more than ever 34kg on flat bench press. After a month on this I was pushing 40kg.However I did zone out and completely lose interest. Upon looking further research, this can happen. And it’s best to cycle this 90 days at a time.I will do it again but have a remedy in place so I don’t lose motivation
