The capsules were small and easy to swallow with food. I take two a day with ease and having all 3 types of Omega-3 fatty acids was another benefit with this over others I have previously used.

Brilliant all round

This is the third vegan omega 3 supplement I have tried and will be sticking with this one! Good size, no horrible taste, and it has very good quantities of each ingredient.
