These support my change in diet.

As someone who has not eaten meat for over three years I was still concerned about being deficient in some nutrients so I decided to give this supplement a try. Works. Simple.

I've been experimenting with fasting and weights training. I found myself under performing but this was expected. I happened across amino acids and tried them. This particular brand was just a happenstance purchase. When I took them I was very pleasantly surprised how energised I felt. Akin to a pre workout meal. As well as energy for mental tasks despite calorie deficit and depleted energy state. I tried others due to running out and convenience but didn't work. I've been buying these frequently, now.Highly recommended them. Even non fasting workouts were way better.
