Awful taste

The first time I took these, they had a terrible taste to them. A bit like wood, it was horrible.I have been a bit reluctant to take them again but I will try again. Therefore I can't comment on results after taking long term.

Good quality supplement-have used this brand a lot

I actually bought this as many women had said in reviews it completely stops hot flushes! They were not wrong - it's a miracle! The dose is crazy though as I already take vitamin b supplements in a multivit so didn't want heaps in my system. But honestly after talking only 1 a day for 2/3,days the horrendous hot flushes vanished! Now that estriol gel has fixed my bladder i just need something for the brain fog 😶‍🌫️ !!!

Have been taling these at the full dose daily for juat under a month. Definitely improved my mood, and have just had a period for the first time in almost 200 days! No sign of ovulation yet and hasnt helped with PCOS facial hair yet. Will be buying again and will update the review in a month or so. Just a warning though so you're surprised like I was, the vitamin B used in these supplements can make your wee neon 😅 it's perfectly fine and just your body getting rid of the excess vitamins (I consulted a GP just for reassurance).

Very impressed with these. They are quite flavourless and easy to swallow. If you leave them on your mouth for a long time then you might taste them but why would you? The only downside is that you have to take 4 a day so it puts the cost up. However the benefits outweigh that for me.. I sleep way better, my mood is improved dramatically. I feel like my brain fog is clearing more and more each day, I feel like a new woman! I have pcos and highly recommend these. Waiting to see if it affects my periods as I haven't had one in years but I've only been taking these for a week so hopefully I'll see more changes in the coming weeks. It would be nice if it was cheaper so I'll keep looking for alternatives but this will be my regular choice for now.

I can feel a difference

My appetite changed after about a week of taking these, reduced carb cravings and I generally felt more alert and less fatigued. I'm buying more, so in my experience they were worthwhile.
