Directions
  • Adults take 3 capsules per day
  • with water and preferably a meal. Ideally taken in one capsule doses
  • morning
  • afternoon and one hour before sleep. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Cautions

Store in a cool, dry & dark place, under 25 degrees, out of reach of children. One gram at night is recommend in the first week of taking Magtein®. Do not use if the seal is damaged or missing. The maximum dose is 4 grams of Magtein® per day. Like other magnesium products, Magtein® may induce sleepiness, drowsiness or headaches. This may indicate a magnesium deficiency and is temporary. Reduce the dosage, consult a doctor or discontinue use if conditions persist for more than one week. Allergy Advice: although rigorous precautions are taken to prevent any cross-contamination, this product is manufactured in a facility that also handles allergy-based materials.
