Directions
  • Adults take 3 capsules per day
  • with water and preferably a meal. Ideally taken in one capsule doses
  • morning
  • afternoon and one hour before sleep. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Cautions
Always consult your health practitioner before taking nutritional supplements, especially if you are taking prescription medication or are under medical supervision. Not recommended for children, pregnant or lactating women. You should not take supplements as a substitute for a varied balanced diet or healthy lifestyle. Store in a cool, dry & dark place, under 25 degrees, out of reach of children. One gram at night is recommend in the first week of taking Magtein®. Do not use if the seal is damaged or missing. The maximum dose is 4 grams of Magtein® per day. Like other magnesium products, Magtein® may induce sleepiness, drowsiness or headaches. This may indicate a magnesium deficiency and is temporary. Reduce the dosage, consult a doctor or discontinue use if conditions persist for more than one week. Allergy Advice: although rigorous precautions are taken to prevent any cross-contamination, this product is manufactured in a facility that also handles allergy-based materials.
