First time using a Liposomal product.

I am taking this supplement for the first time. Having reading that ingredients including vitamin C may not be as bio available in a multivitamin tablet I decided to try a liposomal supplement instead. It is early days at the moment and I always like to judge if a health supplement is beneficial after at least three to six months, but I must say I can already detect an increase in my energy levels especially in the afternoon. I look forward to seeing further progress.
