Wow!

I'd read up on the benefits of Evening Primrose Oil for women's health and decided to give these a try on account of them being well priced and with good reviews. I can honestly say I've never been so pleased with a product and will be a lifelong customer of this particular item. I'm not the best with taking pills so found them a little intimidating to begin with (which is why I've given them four stars for ease of swallowing) but they're honestly ok once you get used to them. Can't recommend more, they've helped me significantly with my hormones and after taking them for two months have had two almost pain-free periods for the first time in my entire life. Saw a noticeable effect after taking them for just over a week but would recommend that you try for a longer period of time if you do decide to take. I also take only one a day but you can take up to three a day dependent on your personal needs.

Fantastic product

These arrived quickly and fit through my letterbox, so no need to wait in for delivery! After 1 week my hot flushes had gone and I was taking 3 a day and after 3 weeks I'm down to 1 a day and I'm hot flush free, I used to suffer badly but can't believe I've just found out about these! I was previously on black cohosh for 5 months but they didn't help at all! Totally rate this product and it's great value for money! Excellent

Handy packaging

These seem good quality and easy to swallow. The packaging shape is actually handy too as the pot makes it easier to store than the usual round pill bottles.

Easy to swallow

I was encouraged to use Evening Primrose oil by a surgeon who said they help with inflammation, hence purchasing. I am unable to tell immediately how I am faring but will continue to use alongside the right foods and rest up...That aside, some other evening primrose tablets in small jars tend to stick together, these do not which is a plus.The packaging was quite different from what I am used to, as they are not in a jar, I am not sure if that is why they don't stick as there's more room for the tablets to move around.

Usual supplier stopped supplying for me, so found these, good price and does the job still for my health. Coating is a bit sticky, but nothing to worry about. Good and would recommend supplier
