Great for perimenopause hair

Even though we don’t like admitting it, some of us get thinner hair when we get to a certain age. I take this, gummies and Korean ginseng and my hair is growing back beautiful and thick. I will keep taking it and this is a much more reasonable price than some other brands

Smelly but value for money

Smells like rotten eggs. Haven't noticed a difference to my skin or nails to be honest, but I blame the cold weather. I've had it since June 2024 and have taken it in bursts of regularity so not as directed. Worth a shot, good value for money.
