    Adults, take two (2) capsules per day, with water and preferably with food. Do not exceed recommended daily intake.

    Organic Mushroom Powders: Maitake (Grifola frondose, Reishi (Ganoderma lucidum), Shiitake (Lentinula edodes), Lion’s Mane (Hericium erinaceus), Chage (Inonotus obliquus), Cordyceps (Ophiocordyceps sinensis), Organic Acerola Fruit Powder (Malphigia glabra), Organic Turmeric Root Powder (Curcuma longa), Organic Black Pepper Powder (Piper nigrum). Capsule Shell*: Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose - Non-organic vegan capsule shell.
