Directions 

Take three tablets daily, preferably with a meal. Do not exceed stated dose. Store in a cool dry place out of reach of children.

Chondroitin Sulphate 400mg (with collagen, purity not less than 16%)

Vitamin C 65mg EC RDA 325%

Other Ingredients: Di-calcium Phosphate, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Stearic Acid, Silicon Dioxide.

Glucosamine Sulphate

Glucosamine is required in the body to produce specialised molecules called 'glycosaminoglycans' (GAGs), which play an important role in the development of cartilage, bone, tendons, ligaments, nails, hair and skin. It is used to provide joint support and protect against long-term degeneration of the joints by encouraging the growth of cartilage (the gel-like material that cushions joints).

Chondroitin Sulphate

Chondroitin Sulphate is a compound naturally found in joints, although in degenerative conditions such as osteoarthritis its presence reduces as cartilage erodes. It is believed to block the enzymes that can destroy cartilage tissue as well as support water-retention in the cartilage found in joints, thereby making it more elastic. Studies have shown that supplementing your diet with Chondroitin Sulphate may promote joint-healing and possibly slow the development of osteoarthritis.

Vitamin C
